I had a large lipoma that had been growing on my neck for about 20 years… Year by year, it kept growing until it was somewhere between the size of an orange and a grapefruit… I usually kept it covered under long hair, but it got so large it was starting to protrude out of the side of my neck, so you could see it from the front of my face. I was very hesitant to have any surgery on my neck because that is such a sensitive area, and I didn’t want anything to happen to me while I was raising my child. Now, at last, they are launched and the time had come. I interviewed five different surgeons. Dr. Chang was the first one who agreed with me that the incision would be vertical along the center of my spine and not horizontal like a guillotine cut… and his intuitiveness immediately aligned with mine, setting me at ease to know that, at last, I had found my surgeon. Of course, I still had jitters the night of. He offered to me on the morning of surgery that I could still cancel it, but I was like no way, I’m doing this! When I woke up an hour later, he was at my bedside, saying that it did not pop out easily, and he had to gently detach (scrape) it bit by bit from where it was adhered to muscle and dermal layers, painstakingly over an hour, using the maximum predicted time that he had counseled me preoperatively. One concern had been how much skin to remove or leave since there is always extra skin created by the new growth: if too much is removed, you may not have the proper amount of neck mobility as before. I am happy to say he chose just the right amount, so that there is no divot in my neck and it is soft and smooth and I have full wonderful mobility. You can see below my seventh month postoperative picture is just gorgeous. He also was extremely responsive to all my postoperative concerns. The anesthesiologist did the best of any surgery I’ve ever had with no postop nausea and a very rapid recovery. I followed all of his pre- and post-op instructions diligently, and I am very pleased with the results. Each person has to find the doctor that is attentive to all of their qualms and aspirations for themselves because we all have different psychological and spiritual needs. But I hope you would mesh with Dr. Chang, and have as wonderful of an experience as I did! I will always be in gratitude to him…

I had a deep plane facelift, brow lift, neck lift and lip lift with Dr. Chang 2 months ago. I love the results. I look refreshed and younger. Dr. Chang shows great attention to detail his facelifts makes the person look natural and he is dedicated to his craftsmanship.

I truly don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Dr. Brian Chang. From the very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable and understood. If you’re considering abdominoplasty, I wholeheartedly recommend him. He doesn’t just perform surgery — he truly cares, and it shows in both his work and the way he treats his patients.

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Brian Chang fully expecting to discuss surgical options to refine my physique. Instead, I walked out incredibly impressed — and honestly grateful — because he told me there was nothing he could realistically improve upon. He explained that my proportions were already quite ideal and that surgery would not meaningfully enhance my results. That level of honesty is rare. It was clear that he truly stands behind his work and has strong surgical judgment. He does not operate just to operate. He was thorough, thoughtful, and took the time to explain why surgery wasn’t appropriate in my case. I left feeling respected rather than “sold to,” which speaks volumes about his integrity. Even though I did not end up having surgery with him, I would absolutely recommend anyone considering a procedure to meet with Dr. Chang for a consultation. You want a surgeon who prioritizes outcomes and ethics over volume, and he clearly does. I can, however, personally recommend him for injectables. I’ve seen him for Botox and filler, and he does an excellent job. His approach is conservative and precise — never over-injected, always natural-looking results, and I’ve never experienced bruising. He has a great aesthetic eye and a very steady hand. If you’re looking for an honest, skilled physician who will only recommend what truly benefits you, Dr. Brian Chang is someone you should absolutely consult.

Dr. Chang did a great job on me after a dog bit off part of my eyelid. He is an artist and cares a lot about his patients, he is an expert and appears to be an enthusiast in his field. I would recommend him any day!

I’d like to start by praising Dr. Brian Chang for his patience and attentiveness. During the double eyelid suture procedure, my eyes felt quite uncomfortable, but fortunately the surgery itself didn’t take very long. The result looks very natural, and by weeks three to four after the procedure, there were no visible signs of having had surgery. By week six, however, I noticed that the eyelid crease had become a bit too subtle, to the point where the double eyelid effect wasn’t very noticeable. My husband and friends even felt that it looked almost the same as before the procedure, which was why I felt a bit disappointed. Overall, though, I am satisfied with the outcome, as I personally prefer a natural appearance rather than something that looks obvious or unnatural.

I had breast augmentation due to a cancer diagnosis and Dr Chang treated me like I was his only patient. Not only did he make me feel comfortable he listened to me and guided me every step of the way. Dr Chang made me love my body again.

Dr Change is wonderful! He is personable, really listens and explains. I had a tummy tuck , lipo on my inner and outer thighs, and breast augmentation. I am very happy with the results. I 100% recommend him!!
